1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website drstrips.sg (the "Site") and your purchase of Dr.Strips+ Sleep and any other products we may offer (the "Products"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site or purchase Products, you must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accuracy of Account and Order Information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us — including your name, delivery address, contact details, and payment information — is accurate, current, and complete. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries, or other issues, arising from inaccurate information you have provided. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Please read this section carefully before using Dr.Strips+ Sleep.

• Dr.Strips+ Sleep is a health supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Statements about the Product on this Site have not been evaluated to the standard required for medicinal claims, and should not be treated as medical advice.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication, or have any existing medical condition, you should consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before use.
• If you experience any adverse reaction after using the Product, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Individual results from using the Product may vary. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read on the Site.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD / S$) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur (for example, due to a technical or typographical error). If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout infrastructure and its integrated payment processors; we do not directly store your full payment card details.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the Product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud or unauthorised activity, errors in product or pricing information, unavailability of stock, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

9. Returns, Refunds & Subscriptions

We offer a 30-night guarantee as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and sets out the eligibility criteria, exclusions, and process for requesting a refund. If you purchase Dr.Strips+ Sleep on a recurring subscription, our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (which also forms part of these Terms) explains how your subscription works and how to cancel it.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, packaging design, the Dr.Strips+ name and trademarks, and the formulation of our Products — is owned by or licensed to Sunset Rocket Films LLP and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or our Products without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including through the introduction of malware or automated bots;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in relation to orders or payments; or
• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Site or our Products for unauthorised commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites, and you access them at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Sunset Rocket Films LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Products. Our Products are supplements, not medicine, and are used at your own risk and discretion, and in accordance with the disclaimers set out in Section 5. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the Site and our Products are accurate, safe, and fit for purpose, but nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sunset Rocket Films LLP, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to first contact us at support@drstrips.sg to try to resolve it informally, and parties may also consider mediation (for example, through the Singapore Mediation Centre) as a first step. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
