We currently ship within Singapore and Malaysia only. International shipping isn't available yet — join our newsletter to be notified when this changes.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import requirements imposed by the destination country.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Your tracking email includes a link straight to the courier's tracking page, so you can follow your order without creating an account. You can also sign in to your Dr.Strips+ account at any time to see the status of every past order in one place.
Our returns policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Dr.Strips+. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and transparent — backed by our 30-night guarantee.
You have 30 nights from the date your order is delivered to decide if Dr.Strips+ Sleep is right for you.
Just contact us within the 30-night window with your order number. One guarantee redemption per customer, per order.
Once approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Opened or used strips are still covered — the guarantee exists so you can actually try the product. Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible, and shipping fees (if charged) aren't refundable.
