Sunset Rocket Films LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates the drstrips.sg website and the Dr.Strips+ brand (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit drstrips.sg, place an order, sign up for our newsletter or discount offers, or otherwise interact with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and payment details, when you place an order, create an account, contact customer support, or sign up to our mailing list (including through on-site pop-ups and offers).
• Information collected automatically — your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and general usage behaviour on our Site, collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4 below).
• Information from third parties — for example, delivery status from our courier partners, or fraud-prevention signals from our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

• Process and fulfil your orders, including payment, shipping, and customer service (including refund requests under our Refund Policy);
• Create and manage your account and any active subscription;
• Send you order-related communications (confirmations, shipping updates, receipts);
• Send you marketing communications — such as newsletters, promotions, and discount codes — where you have opted in (for example, through our welcome pop-up), and always with an unsubscribe option in every email;
• Improve our Site, products, and customer experience, including through analytics; and
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, including:

• Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts our Site, processes orders, and stores customer and order records on our behalf;
• Payment processors integrated into Shopify Checkout, to process your payment securely — we do not store your full card details ourselves;
• Klaviyo, our email marketing platform, to send order and marketing emails to customers who have opted in;
• Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools), to measure Site performance and the effectiveness of our advertising; and
• Delivery/courier partners, to fulfil and deliver your order.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or sale of assets).

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to keep the Site working properly (for example, remembering your cart), to remember your preferences (such as whether you've already seen our welcome pop-up), and to measure traffic and advertising performance through tools including Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — including to comply with our accounting, tax, and legal obligations — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to the PDPA and other applicable law, you may:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly; and
• Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to our legal and contractual obligations to retain certain records (for example, order and tax records).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9 below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Data

Our Services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google) may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.
